Jill L. Brinkman, DDS, MD

Dr. Brinkman, originally from Baltimore, Maryland, earned her Master’s degree in Advanced Head & Neck Anatomy / Craniofacial Anatomy at the University of Maryland. She went on to attend the University of Maryland Dental School, graduating in 2000. Continuing her education at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where she earned her medical degree in 2003. Dr. Brinkman has received high honors in every degree she has received.

After completion of her medical degree, Dr. Brinkman received extensive training at the University of Maryland’s Shock Trauma Center. While training at Maryland, she was honored with the Intern of the Year Award. She then continued her surgical training at Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital and Bethesda Naval Hospital.  She completed extensive training in trauma, head and neck cancer and reconstruction, and plastic surgery. While at  Maryland Dr. Brinkman served on the Tracheotomy Team for the anesthesia department.  She trained with multiple plastic surgery teams in trauma and aesthetics.  After finishing her certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2006 she became board certified in 2009. While she enjoys all aspects of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, she has a special interests  in complex alveolar defects, grafting, implant rehabilitation and facial enhancement, skin rejuvenation, Coolsculpting, and office based cosmetic procedures.
