For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (including digital wallet) and Care Credit. Credit and debit cards will are subject to a 3% convenience fee. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will submit all in-network insurance claims on your behalf. You will be provided claim information to submit for out of network insurances. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. Monthly payment plans are available through our partnership with Care Credit. Patients wishing to utilize this service must have an active account at the time of service. Care Credit applications can be filled out online or call for assistance at 1-866-893-7864.

Please note, treatment estimates provided by our office include an amount due date of service. This amount is only AN ESTIMATE. Paying this amount does not guarantee payment in full. Once your insurance processes all claims, you may still have a balance due. If there has been an overpayment, a refund will be issued.
